Phoebe mail
Phoebe mail is a personal productivity application used by Travis Bradford to read, organize, and draft mail, calendar entries, and documents in his own Google account. It is not offered to the public.
What it accesses: with Travis’s explicit authorization through Google sign-in, the application accesses his Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, and Google Docs data.
How the data is used: to help him triage mail, prepare drafts for his review, keep his calendar, and organize his documents. Processing happens on computers he controls. No data is sold, shared with third parties, used for advertising, or used to train artificial intelligence models.
Retention and control: data stays only as long as needed for the task. Travis can revoke the application’s access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, which stops all access immediately.
Google API Services User Data Policy: Phoebe mail’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.
